Founded in 1987 under Kerala Nadvathul Mujahideen (KNM), Integrated Medical Brotherhood (IMB) began as a vision to serve the suffering. Merging ethical commitment with scientific care, IMB evolved into a trusted network offering free treatment, palliative support, de-addiction care, and public health awareness. With every patient served, IMB stands firm on compassion, dignity, and community-driven healing.
